Denmark first participated in the Home Composed Song Contest in 1991 thanks to contest founder Morten Boldt Hansen and was most recently represented in the 2020 edition.
Denmark is statistically the most successful nation in HCSC, with an impressive eight victories over the years - four each for Morten Boldt Hansen and Tony Olsen. Indeed, the country has never been represented by anyone else, and the list below would be even longer if Tony had not decided to represent Norway from 2002 to 2004.
