In their own words:
2020 to 2022 were not amazing in the life and times of Rainbow Orbit. In fairness, most of that was not stellar for everybody.
However, in this instance, workplace bullying and harassment led to years of mental health concerns, a forced admission into a psych hospital and the inability to return to my previous full time work.
Despite my boss proclaiming that “people don’t think as highly of you as you think they do”, I found the requisite self confidence to walk away and start my own business. After 25 years in a school that I loved, I met the unknown world.
Best decision I have made. Meanwhile, my former workplace has struggled with the resignation of 27 staff members in 18 months and… strangely enough, my replacement doesn’t know how to do my job. Parents have pulled their teens out of the school and I am getting numerous requests to accept them into my post school programs.
Success is the best revenge.
