Roy has previously made two CD releases of his own, EP Vår tid i Sola in 1999, and the single Songen fra west in 2007. Songen fra west has become the region’s new “national song” and is constantly sung at various events.
Roy is constantly releasing songs on streaming services.

Roy has been singing and performing all his life. Holds own concerts, and has been a vocalist in various dance/cover bands up through the ages, including Roy’s trio.
Roy does event assignments for Its All Living As, he is widely used as a soloist at funerals throughout Bergen and the surrounding area.
Roy has held his own Christmas concerts for a number of years and most recently summer concerts in 2023 with, among others artist.
Roy is also on the revue stage, and has won the Parodi Grand Prix event in 2005, 2014 and 2019.
He has also been involved in musicals such as Grease, and most recently in Little Shop of Horrors at the Cornerteateret and at the Ole Bull Stage in Bergen.
In 1997 Roy won the HCSC with his own song Min Lengsel (My longing). Last year, 2022, Roy won the HCSC singing Hold Me, written by Gunnar B. Ingebrigtsen.
Now in September 2023, Roy has been in the studio and recorded a new version of his song The Angels Sing. The accompaniment has also been given a new boost, which hopefully makes the song better. The song was written in 2017. Roy has started planning Christmas concerts for 2023, and then of course The Angels Sing will be in the repertoire.
